RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Incite Seating. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 Days of your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, packaging, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Products that require assembly must be received back fully disassembled and in the condition received. A restocking fee may apply if these conditions are not met. Product returns that are not a result of error or defect will be subject to a 30% restocking fee deducted from the total refund. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns must be authorized through Incite Seating. We will not accept any unauthorized packages or packages with RMA number issued more than 10 business days before attempted delivery. Please email cservice@inciteseating.com and reference your order number to obtain a return authorization.

Cancellations or Changes to Orders:
Special order items , i.e. orders with finishes, fabric or paint colors that are selected by the customer, shipped directly from the manufacturer, and/or built to customer specifications are special and cannot be cancelled or returned after shipment. Special Orders canceled that have not shipped cannot be canceled or refunded without penalty once the order has gone into production which can be 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer may state that it is too late to cancel without incurring substantial charges. Incite Seating will not be responsible for these or any other charges that may occur, and if the customer still wants to cancel, the customer is responsible for the payment of these charges to proceed with request. Once an order has shipped and in transit to the customer, the order cannot be canceled. Any authorized returns must have an (RA) a return authorization number from Incite Seating, and the customer will receive instructions for returning the product. The customer may be responsible for any shipping charges or re-stocking fees that may occur. Returns must be in original packaging and without obvious signs of use or damage, and must be in new resalable condition. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Restocking fee and Freight charge will be charged on all refused shipments or incorrectly ordered items.

Special Order products that are returned will be subject to a 30%-50% Restocking Fee.
