Ground Shipping is only available in the Continental United States & Canada. FedEx & UPS will deliver to the door of your house / building. If you live in an apartment they will deliver to the lobby. Unless otherwise requested, all packages require a signature.
Free Shipping offers are available to Continental United States residents only. All other customers should contact us about shipping charges. Actual shipping charges will be applied to all International orders at the time of processing. Order details may or may not reflect International shipping charges during checkout.
We will ship your order via the best method based on weight and size of your items. In most cases, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx ground. If your order has large pieces, and/or the quantity suggests, your order will ship common carrier. Common carrier shipments deliver during normal business hours. Call us for shipping cost if destination is outside of the USA. All prices are for Delivery to your door, curbside, or loading dock. Someone should be present to sign and accept the merchandise. Does not include inside delivery or set-up.
It is important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise; after you sign for the merchandise you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Do not assume that your product is not damaged just because the box and packaging is intact. You must check for both internal and external damage before you accept delivery. If you notice your product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please email our customer service department immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the damage. After you sign for the package you are responsible for damages. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.
Obvious or Concealed Freight Damage
If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with Incite Seating with obvious or concealed freight damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the shipper. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.
Shipping to Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico:
Additional shipping charges apply to orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Actual shipping charge will be calculated upon order processing and may differ from the charge presented during checkout. Shipping will take between 5– 9 business days.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Incite Seating, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Special order items ship directly from the manufacturer. They will be delivered by a regular freight carrier. Delivery is to your curb side or loading dock only. You will receive a call from the freight carrier to arrange a time of delivery. Delivery is available Monday – Friday. Because special order items aren’t manufactured until the order is placed, tracking information is not immediately available. We will update you with information regarding your order upon request.
